Nice hotel with superb service all staff are so helpful and cooperative

It is a great hotel with great location & vry good staff ... but Mr. Ashutosh himself is fantastic, with his warmth & supportive attitude. only if u are traveling with aged people, pls mind the height of the the stairs... that's vry important.. the cafe just beside the hotel itself is an added advantage to staying here.

No wifi no room service every service they charge even one water bottle

Good hotel with not so good manager/owner!Property is okay considering the price we pay. Location is prominent and convenient to reach i.e Dunking Chauraha. From Mirzapur railway station battery Riksha will cost you 10Rs per passenger. I am also thankful that they allowed early check-in. A.C will work only when there is light, and in Mirzapur electricity condition is not so good. There was no recharge in the cable connection,so TV is just a show piece.Bathrooms are unsafe because of ventilator which is connected to the bathroom of other room,so any body can peek inside. Manager, about whom many people gave not so good review,in my first impression I thought to be a good person,but this went into the vain as he started giving me "Gyan" to wipe out shoes completely while getting inside the hotel,and he started telling ki "Abhi pura hotel saaf hua hai". So Mr. Manager or Owner,you have opened a Hotel not a P.G, that guests will adhere to your lectures. Next thing is if you care about floors getting soiled, If some body comes in,then better invest in good quality door mat ( Not a Sack which you keep there) and appoint a staff to clean the entrance and lobby repeatedly. My advice is go for this hotel if you are tight on the budget and need a convenient location in Mirzapur. Now lets's see how rudely the manager responds,which I have seen on other comments, where any one have shown some disaggrements ;)

This hotel is nothing like shown in the pictures. It is kind of a lodge where lobby and corridors are filled with parked scooter and bikes.Ac doesn't work. I ended up there at midnight with my wife. Doors were locked and after knocking a helper came with no clue of having any booking from my side. After 20 mins of hassle he called some guy to check and at last i got a room in there with no working shower, no working ac, smelly room, no toiletries, no food, no water. I would have uploaded few pics but i was so tired, couldn't even think of clicking any.Think twice before you book.

good hotel at nice location near to Railway station and staff Behaviour is so good just one thing missing is kitchen is not here but staff will be arranged the food

location and service if hotel was good , even the hotel staff person was good.room was clean too and well comfort . The thing only need ti improvement is the vantilation of washroom was not good. since each washroom's exhaust widnow was opening toward another washroom so smell from one side (speacilly smoking stuff) come inside towards another and it comes inside room .which is feels too much sofesticative if you are non smoker. hotel management should work on it.
