I booked the hotel at very decent price. Location of hotel was good. Location on Google map was not correct. It is almost 500m from bank more towards Katras. Hotel staff was very supportive. Parking and early morning check-in was available which made the stay fantastic. 4 stars for not proper cleaning of rooms. Rest all

This hotel is one of the best hotels of Dhanbad. To be precise it is the best hotel . They have very luxurious rooms here . The room service is good and appreciable. U will love staying here because it is in the heart of Dhanbad. The railway station is also about 1.5kms from here. Centre point mall is 100metres away from here

Booked through Oyo, Nice & Decent hotel near Bank more, dhanbad. Good staffs & Easy Check-in / Check - out without any problem. Rooms are quiet Big & Spacious. Bathroom is amazing. Will stay here again.

One of the best hotel in DHANBAD, we enjoyed our short stay, the hotel staff is good and co-operative , we found room service is good. Need to improve the facilities and the activities. I think if someone is planning to have a decent stay Silver International is best from my point of view . A budget friendly hotel.

This was my shortest trip (lasted 2 hours) to any hotel. I arrived there at 2pm (supposed to be a standard check-in time). There was no personnel in sight, except one lean, undernourished porter. We were travelling heavy, in lieu of 2 kids. First impression: No elevator!! And the porter refused to haul up the luggage up to the first floor (I really don't blame the kid). After huffing and puffing and settling into the "presidential suite", we were shocked!! 1. AC was not operational. Response: there is no power. 2. The floor was exceedingly dirty. The kids needed to confined to the bed, which was the cleanest of all places, or at least I hoped it to be. 3. There was no tea-coffee making provisions. 4. Geyser was not working and we kept getting cold water. Porter's Response: One minute, I will switch it on. 5. There was only 1 towel. Porter's Response: The porter gave me another towel. 6. The blankets were the indian relief blankets without any cover. 7. The sofa had stains and slightly torn. It was a pain for us to move with all the luggage and kids, but we decided that we cannot spend 4 nights in such a lowly place. We paid good money. Rs 2750 per night x 4 = Rs 11000 + booking fee) for this hotel. We asked for a refund of 3nights from the hotel, which they refused. People in their right senses should stay away from this. P.s. I was just wondering if their so-called presidential suite was like this, how would their normal rooms be like? I would like to hear from someone who makes the mistake of staying there.

Very poorly maintained hotel. Was so disappointed with the service or room maintenance. Very untidy, no sign of cleanliness even when giving rooms to customers. Furnitures broken, even bed too at its worst. Lightings so poor.. Only preferable if you not getting any space to stay on emergency.

Decent place to stay in Dhanbad. Rooms are nice and modern. Food quality is good and affordable. it's located near roadside mall, hence they have proper car parking. Rooms are very good.

This hotel has all the facilities to be a Star category. We had a very nice time and enjoyed staying there. The staff are very well behaved .Best part is their breakfast menu. Good variety and great taste.
