1. The staff is very irresponsive and mannerless. The checkin guy came with toothpaste in his mouth and told to use any room's washroom because the washroom provided is equivalent to a public toilet. 2. The bedsheets were stained unchanged. 3. Walls broken. Foul smell . 4. Non functional ac 5 . Zero on security and location. Don't go here at any cost. Hope this helps someone
207 wasn't had even a key. AC wasn't working, I called for help told me to but no one came to... Dustbins wasn't cleaned, there was used things.
Well I don't know whether OYO downgraded it's criteria or something else. This hotel was not what it publishes. 1. No standby power. 2. Hotel is at second floor and lift is only from-to basement. No lift from ground floor 3. Basement is filthy. 4. Geyser not working. 5. No sanitization. 6. No linen change. 7. Seepage was clearly visible in room. Do any more reason required for giving 1 star. And OYO is sleeping
Nice room and facilities, just one issue I have faced and that is about food, do not pay before confirm food facility is available or not, because I have paid for food and wen I reach room and discuss about food they told me our kitchen facilities not working from 2-3days, and paid money will not refund same time they take 7-14 working days to money back, so discuss all above thinks before booking.
