OYO 5812 Hotel Grand Xenia - Hotel in Hathi Khera, Ajmer - Ajmer, India

There is no option to give zero star to this hotel. This is the third class hotel in providing room services and food service. I have faced lots of issues during my stay with family in this hotel. They don't care about hotel and behaves like illiterate people. Hotel staff is worse in behaviour. Admin person is third class man. I have to changed my hotel after seeing two days of stay there. If you don't want to spoil your holidays then just don't go for this hotel. Sometime money doesn't matter. This hotel can only spoil your holidays.

Overall stay was very good but service needs to be improved as they have staff and they make loads of silly mistakes and also foods here are very average taste.

Awesome place. Cant even emagine such place exist in Ajmer. Came to Ajmer after long time and it's just a matter of coincidence that I went there. Later I came to know that its a 3rd anniversary celebration(16th Nov) going on. We also got our first drink as complimentary. It was a grand celebration. Kalbaliya/rajasthani dance was organised. Apart from this the place have a great ambience. Even foreigners used to come here. There is a Small place also to dance beside pool.You can see a Great view from the terrace. Overall a must visit place having nice ambience and reasonable price.

Location is not suitable as per hotel standard though management of hotel higher authorities of hotel invested lot of money on road side light pole and on others plz

Please do not go this place... They don't have anything to serve which mentioned on menu. They just keep on tell you to place order again and again..My worst experience ever
