The only drawback was occasional slow elevator service. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, making the hotel a commendable choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The worst hotel ever!! This hotel accommodates more rats than people!! The most unkempt place I have been to. The linen was not new when we checked in. When I asked the staff to change it, they replaced it with a worse one! The linen is extremely old with tears and holes. Possibly from mice attack. The only positive about the hotel was tasty food(definitely not hygienic coz I saw rats running over the plates in the restaurant). Complaints are received by deaf ears. Staff and even the owner care the least! The owner even said we should move to another 5 star hotel if we wanted better facilities!!All we asked for was rooms that weren't topped up with rats!! The hotel infrastructure is good but housekeeping would definitely get a sub zero star rating!!

It's expensive and they're adding charges over MRP on everything. Like a bottle you can have at 20 in market, but they'll provide you the same in 30, colddrink that cost 40, you'll get that at 60. So staying is cozy but you better grab all that stuff from outside tho.

Absolutely horrible experience. I booked the hotel for 4 days for around 8 guests for a wedding. I was fooled by the good photos which were posted when the Hotel was new may be. Most of the reviews are written by the owner himself. The staff is unprofessional and they stare at women guests. There were rats roaming around in the room after 7 PM and we had children with us. The bathrooms were smelly and linens were used. On top of all, when the reception boys were called and told, they said we cant do anything. We saw rats all over the place on the plates in the kitchen. I spent some 80000 for 3 nights for 8 rooms which was totally not worth. Stay away. !!

Wanted to give no star but unfortunately that option isn't available. Absolutely filthy rooms. 80% of the food items in the menu aren't avaliable. The food that is available isn't tasty and amazingly highly expensive! Elevator doesn't work. The receptionist feels burdened to answer you. Not worth for the price you pay. Oh! And in case you would like to know, there are frequent electricity disruptions and the power backup is poor. No hot water and phone doesn't work properly. AC is semi functional. All of this for a price more than 2,000 rupees!

Pathetic Hotel. Staff non existant. The rooms are unhygenic, rats roam around freely in the rooms in the night. The staff are least bothered, no sense of cleanliness. In the restaurant, used plates of last night not cleared till 0930h next morning. The kitchen area is dirty, with rats running all around. No amenities in the rooms. Not even a water heater even though a Coffee Maker was promised. Bedsheets, towels very dirty. The hotel doesn't deserve even ONE star review. The worst part is the attitude of the staff, who don't seem to be concerned nor unmoved.

I stayed in this hotel earlier in Dec 2018. This is the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. We had to live with rats. The white linen was brown in color with stains in between, and smelled of urine. Even getting the linen changed did not help much. The blankets had holes in it. The hallways smelled of urine as well. I also saw that some of the rooms were occupied by the hotel staff themselves for sleeping. Room service (ordering a coffee/tea takes atleast 45 minutes). Filthiest rooms, non-existent room service or hospitality, even the owner of the hotel wouldn't care. I was extremely scared that my kids would get dengue or rat related deceases and there were atleast 5-6 rats running around in every room. We could see rats running around in the restaurant over used utensils and also in the kitchen. Food was served in plates and silverware which was constantly being run over by rats. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO BE IN A HYGIENIC PLACE AND CARE FOR YOURSELF AND LOVED ONES.

We had arranged a engagement party recently, and hotel has served 1 day before Dal Makhani to us. When we paid atleast 1 lakh rupees to this hotel. Dal Makhni test became bad already, and hotel person served us. Staff and manager are very cheap, 1) They steal plate not give you 100 plate if order for 100 plate. 2) They dont want to serve snacks properly, they will give you in tiny plates , in which people cant eat even, and person will take very little quantity. They have to put snacks on table, and whenever someone wants, they will take. But they are not doing this. 3) Waiter are not up to the mark, they will steal plate, they will steal food , they will not serve you at all, and at last they will come for take money only. 3)Room are not clean4) Room does not have soap also.5)Manager and sub manager both are very bad. I cant explain how much? 6) CCTV does not work , If there is 0 star then I should have given 0 to this hotel. Thanks!
