worst experience..They will ask you money in middle of your function and keep poking you for money..After you give money, they will treat you badly....I will suggest not to book this worst hotel for your marriage/engagement else you will end up spoiling your function..Very very worst experience..Amar Yadav Is the owner of this hotel, he is very very unsupportive and lla big lier..Whatever he will promise you before before booking, it will be totally different after booking..Never ever book this banquet if you don't want to spoil your function..
Very Poor and pathetic behaviour of the Owner and Manager. They do not know how to speak to the customer. Gawar people around you. During my reception they did very bad behaviour,no cooperation, asking for full money before the event started which was not documented. They misbehaved with my family members. Rooms are even looks alike a sarkari dharamshala. Dirty Toilets. Lifts are not working. That OWNER and MANAGER were pathetic. When i asked about the lift that thin and lean illiterate owner staff said "Bhaiya yaha toh aaise ho jaa" in front of my family member. Simple DO NOT BOOK ANY EVENT THERE. REST you will regret. Trust me. Very bad hotel and even foods were not up to the mark.
It's not very clean, the environment is dull and smelly. Although it lola fine after a bit of cleaning, the banquet halls in the basement need to have repairs and they need staff that is more organised.
Very good place for the family gathering and friends grouping. Their service is very good. The best part is their food. They provide a good quality food item either it's their starter or main course. Good for 100-150 people.

Not a single person available after 11pm till morning. we faced issue when there was no water available and there was not a single staff in the hotel to help! 5. No one to pick up calls for room service 6. Lift takes 10mins to reach 1st floor from ground floor. It gets stuck several times.
The front office/reception staff is very very bad and rude. I was asked to carry my luggage to my allotted room at 2nd floor on my own. No water bottle provided. I was compelled to go to reception thrice for putting on room fan and Ac. Horrible experience. The only good thing in this hotel is morning breakfast which was served punctually. Not suitable for staying , however, good for meals.

Very bad experience at this hotel.. booked this for my brother's wedding.. All the services was very bad.. half of the rooms does not have water available in the bathroom.. They have severe electricity problem.. Half of the time there was no electricity in the room. Many rooms does not have proper lock system.. Our guests has to wait for long hours at midnight just to get the room ready.. No tea or coffee in the early morning.. very bad experience.. not recommended at all
