Couple friendly hotel room for couple. Parking space is available. Staff behavior is good. The room is big and washroom is neat and clean.. Hotel service is also very good. Swiggy, Zomato and Uber eats food delivery available here. It is 5 min from rajarhat bus stop. The place is quite clean. Fully centralized AC.
This OYO is a good comfortable n budget friendly. Food is available on requests. Staffs are well behaved n helpful. Cleanliness is good. You'll get a homely feeling here. The park in front of it is awesome. My relatives stayed in it n was quite happy. They cooked home made bengali food for them as was requested for each meal. Food was tasty n healthy.
The room is relatively smaller with the bathrooms attached are very much smaller making impossible for a relatively healthier person to use. But the service provided by the staffs are good and they are polite. Being in a posh area of Kolkata it is expected already and since it is near to the newly built hanging restaurant you can always go out and look for it and being in this area it really feels you are in "Metropolitan City" which isn't the case of the other parts of Kolkata.
At the beginning, the room allotted was not the same as was shown initially during booking. The room was too small to move around. After I complained to OYO, the room was changed which was better than the earlier one. Visited the hotel a few days back, the services have improved a lot. Thank you.
Absolutely safe for unmarried couples...room ambience is good... great location...staffs were very helpful...but the given water for bathroom was not clear...little dirty... Apart from this the hotel is perfect to take shelter
Good facilities including breakfast. They don't provide lunch & dinner. Have Wi-fi, AC, Water Geyser, TV. Kitchen facility (if want to cook) with extra charge. Safe & sound. Park in front. Rooms are small.
