Worst Hotel ever, I had my engagement here this month and the service which they've provided was a hell worst, everyone knows the hot weather of the mid of month may in that case also their AC's were not working, they didn't had a proper power backup plan, and the most worst service was the food they served cold food to all our guests and to us also the menu what we had decided they had changed the items on our main day, rooms were so dirty the AC's were not working lights were so dim overall we had such a worst experience and irrespective to that they were not sorry on there irresponsible behaviour. Extremely bad experience. We checked in just to park our luggage and stay overnight looking for some basic services only because the office we had work in, was right opposite. The reception toilets were stinking dirty, lifts weren't working, ac wasn't working in any room, pillows and cushions were hell dirty, we didn't get any towels, slippers, Tissues and when asked, we got 2/- medimix soap that too was a rotten pack. And to our horror we found that the toilet flush wasn't working. We even waited for it to get fixed for about 45 mins post which we decided to walk out and find a stay elsewhere. Shockingly, the hotel manager called all the maintenance and support staff boys and started screaming at them. Well this was all just to hide what he himself never did. Shame! Was it all the support staff's fault?
Very bad service. Staff was very pathetic, the behaviour is ridiculous. I was booked my engagement function in that banquet. First the menu we told them they provided some different item. The food was neither tasty nor hot. One guest offer something snack the waiter refused. Very bad service.
