Amazing place, the rooms are big and comfortable, the staff is quick and helpful, the warmth that the management showed made this trip fun. They arranged for cabs for local trips as well. I'm certainly staying here every time I'm in Srinagar.

We booked the room from oyo application and reached hotel cum residency at 7.00 pm. As we try to check in, They denied the entry by arguing that they don't rent the rooms to Kashmiris and Muslims. On being replied that we are not from Kashmir but they said, still you are muslim. Worst hotel cum residence.
Room design and wood work is awesome. Stayed there for 3 nights, staff was good as well. Room service needs improvement.
Good but be sure about room keys at the time of check in and leaving ur room as sometimes keys are not working. In such case you have to use proxy keys
