OYO 5382 Hotel Elegant International - Hotel in Delhi - Central, India

This hotel has nice rooms but the price has risen up aggressively. In aound gap of 3 months they charge us 100 Rs more. Last time I visit here I paid 1100 for three person room, which actually was not a three person room, It was a 2 person room with a double bed, in which we somehow slept. So I recommend you to search more before getting in here. Overall it is a nice and safe place.

very bad experience i ever had,, no proper hygiene, no good room, no maintenance of the walls , toilet it is so pathetic.. they charges 1300 and 400 for early check in but they didn't provide services like that. They donnot provide water bottel, towel and washroom kit. bed sheet are dirty, provide a blanket which is in a poor condition. T.V is not working and when i complain about it they said they are not working and we know about it . dont waste your money on this hotel trust me dont waste your money.

HOTEL ELEGANT INTERNATIONAL *** LOCATION*** It is situated in Ajmal Khan road ( near the vibrant market of Karol Bagh). One can reach here via cab, auto, Metro ( 6 min walk from Metro Station) *** STAFF*** The staff is extremely rude, disinterested, frustrated and lethargic. They are not interested in entertaining any guest. The waiters or helpers don't have any uniform, they roam in their shabby clothes, seems they have not taken bath in a week and serve you food with no interest The man at the reception seems to be waiting like a vulture to feed on your money. *** AMENITIES*** Not wheel chair friendly Super slow Wi-Fi Lift ( but it is never working) Intercom ( the line is never clear) Geyser ( it doesn't work) ***ROOMS *** Small rooms with old cupboard, AC and dirty washroom. The bed sheets have turned yellow from white. The crowd which comes here most of the times is young couples. One can hear the sounds of different rooms coming in your room SO, THIS HOTEL IS NOT GOOD FOR FAMILIES The food is below average, better to go outside and eat. There is a lot of scope for this hotel to flourish because of it's location but seems no-one is interested in doing so. OYO have tie ups with very good hotels. It's disappointing to know that they have this hotel under their name.

Good for short stays. Pro 1)AC rooms were good 2)Couple friendly 3)rooms were quite ok. Neat and clean. 4)no trouble from staff. Cons 1)no restaurant. 2)no dedicated parking lot. Of course most of the hotels in Delhi don't have one. Over all it was a good experience

I used to staying at this hotel during my study in India, and always asked a friend to reserve a room. My last traveling to india was 2017 which was tourist kind of traveling, same way asked my friends to reserve a room for me but he forgot it unfortunately. In very earlymorning i arrived to this hotel, but i found my self unwelcome, the desk said that there is no empty room at all despite i checked last night for availability and there were rooms avaliable, but i already told my friend to reserve my room while his job was very close to the hotel. The strange thing happened when i said iam an old customer and frequently visited with my friends and family when I was student then he told me rooms un available without dough, again i asked please check for availability because this hotel is good for my works these few days in karol bagha, i noticed he changed his attitude and asked are you here for business?! What the hell! is this making changes if i stay for business? Is that offering me a room? I was same person. tierd after a long travel i said no and without asking for room again i left and went to othet hotel few alleys down the road.

This is not a quality room of oyo. Please don't waste ur money. Room was so dirty plaster is coming out as u can see in picture i m sharing. Bed sheet all linen was dirty. Room was not provided as triple sharing was booked but its not provided. Double bed room was so small to adjust for 3 persons. Bed was not king sized as mentioned. And extra matters was also not provided.

When entered regarding online payment concerned raised by receptionist and suggesting pay at hotel else you will not get room. I have already spoke with you customer executive immediately. and No complementary breakfast provided as mentioned in your website. Remote that option immediately for this site

Stayed here for few days. Rooms and hotel location are good. It is located in the Karol Bagh market. But the only thing that I disliked is the cash payment only option. There is no other alternative to pay this hotel but the cash only. And other thing is not a printed invoice but the hand written one is given here which seems a bit awkward when the hotel is good and tariff is also high.
