OYO 5264 Hotel Kwality Inns - Hotel in Ranchi - Ranchi, India

Dirty Bed sheets, poor drainage in washroom. Very very old-fashioned toiletries (1 Rs. clinic shampoo pouch and 1 Rs. soap :)) , Rugged bath Towel and hand towels are not less than 5 years old and they never thought of replacing. The Breakfast is worst and I never experienced poor services with this much price. Juice mixed with water and Sugar, cut fruits limited and pathetic, no Bread, No butter No Jam, No sprouts, Poori sabji was tasteless. Paratha was ok but no dahi. Restaurant is dull, though windows blind can be opened for enough lights...but no efforts. Staff is old and would not like to comment much on them. The hotel can be easily managed by the hotel staff itself but they didn't seem to be interested and no motivation as well. Very Poor Experience. Would never recommend this to anybody.

Good place to stay and very near to the Railway station at Ranchi. You can very easily walk down to the hotel after setting your foot on the Ranchi Railway station at morning . Even during departures you can conveniently checkout and reach the station at your leisure. Not to worry about the traffic during departures. Free breakfast given. Clean and fresh rooms are worthy of the money . I spent Rs 2480 for a business travel today . Was satisfied. Will share more details when I come next time.

Overall Experience was a Good breakfast menu was also awesome. One day in the evening when I reached my room I saw it was uncleaned which I was not expect. But after complaining they cleaned my room immediately. Receptionist in the morning was very helpful and well behaved. Definitely will stay again during my next visit.

Very bad experience. The behavior of front office/reception is very bad. The service is very poor. Even a jug of water could not be supplied within 1hr. Tv was not functioning. Dining and dishes are very poor. Rooms are smelling for prolonged non use. Toilets are not standard and linens are not cleaned and smelling foul. While informed the front office there was negative and arrogant response as if they are foing any charity. They asked me to checkout if not satisfied with the available facility ..... When there are so many good hotels available with best facilities at the same or less price there is no point of booking such a bad hotel. I never recommend this hotel for any one.

Nice hotel with great ambience. Very close to the station. Best part is that it's right on the main road. One of the oldest hotels in town right next to Chanakya BNR. Food quality is good but taste is average. Not that great according to the price. Interior is good with pretty spacious rooms. Nice and clean rooms. Services can be improved. If you are thinking about the room tarrif then it is average. On the borderline of budget and high priced hotels. Overall recommended from my side for middle class family and those who are on official tours to Ranchi.

Overall Experience was a Good breakfast menu was also awesome but they need to improve their Food and beverage service.In the evening ordered grilled cheese sandwich but it taste was worst its seems they have used Dalda in place of cheese and chips was totally soggy. Room window glass was also broken because of that whole night chilled air was breaking into the room and I have to fight with cold entire nighy. But receptionist in the morning was very helpful and well behaved. His promptness towards service make me forget all bad memories about the hotel. Will stay again during my next visit

We have been stayin inthis holel for last 2 years but for last few visits it has become horrible experience here. Food quality has detoriated in many fold. My present stay was very disappointing due me my billing issues due to the new caretaker (claims to be decision maker /owner) Mr R B Sharma. I had to pay 24 hrs room charges for mere using extra 2 hrs grace time, inspite of pre-intimation . Above all the way of talking of Mr sharma was as if he is doing a favour to us by lenting room in this hotel. I strongly think he has no sense to work in a service industry. The owners has to take a call. We have decided not to stay there again. We also dont recomend any one to stay there.

First time I visited this property. location was good , only 5 min walking distance from Railway station. I really enjoyed my stay.I would like to special thanks to front office for giving me early check in and great hospitality, Staffs are with frindly nature, they are always ready to help. Qualify of food was also good and nice room. Will come again.
