OYO 5225 Neighbour Inn - Hotel in Nandambakkam, Ramapuram - Chennai, India

Its near to Chennai Trade Centre thats the main advantage but Hotel is very average. It could be maintained well and done something better. Staff behaviour is also ok.

The sheets are clean and the AC works fine. But, the breakfast had only 2 food items - upma and idly (served with coconut chutney and sambar) and tea in beverage. Fruits, eggs and coffee are not available anymore.

one of the best place to stay in chennai. I stayed here for few days, the property is big ans specious. The Welcome was soo warm and the staffs were so nice and courteous from the time of check in to check out. the rooms were cleaned everyday on time. staffs understand english and hindi well so it's a good hotel to stay.

Basic hotel. Good and clean rooms. Rooms are a bit cramped. No space for table and chair, not even to keep the suitcase. So if you are planning to stay in the room and work, not really the best of the choices. Limited breakfast menu. Hotel doesn't have an active kitchen. They get cooked food from outside.

Person from the hotel is calling and threatening me after giving a low rating in OYO. I'm a traveler and I have been rating stays in many different hotels and rating accordingly! Need more improvement on providing professional customer service and development on maintenance. There are many good OYO stays in the APP for their price range.

On our request we were allowed to check-in a bit early. Room was neat. There was cigarette smoke smell all over the corridor which entered into bathroom through vents

Good for travellers with work around the Chennai Trade Centre which is walkable distance, Rooms are decent , staff is helpful, food is also good, they just need to work on delivery time for food.

It was a decent stay at the hotel. the food was good with reasonable price.
