I think first good aspect of the hotel is, its Location! it is best location for safety of the family, rooms are old but ok, food is ok but there is some scope for improvement, the place is near market area for shopping and besides Karol bagh metro station, overall nice experience in the city like Delhi, go for it.
Mr. Agarwal uncle (the owner) is very good and all the staffs are amazing.
Nice place to stay. Walking distance from Karl Bagh metro station. One can find this place very close to Karol Bagh market lanes and can do a bulk of shopping at affordable reasons thereat, of course bargaining is must.
The rooms were very comfortable and more than that the staff were extremely helpful and wanting to do all to make our stay comfortable. Value for the money we pay. Very convenient location - near to Karol Bagh Metro and market. If an opportunity arises in future our first choice to stay in Delhi will be this hotel

The hotel first denied the AC remote and said that they don't give remotes to guests because the AC breakdowns if the guests use it. Also the AC buttons did not work. And the AC was set to 30 on auto and did not cool the room. Worst experience ever. The hotel wants to impose their own wierd rules.
