OYO 5151 Home Stay Tia Inn - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

Great service with a homely warm reception throughout the stay. Fresh gourmet food is served which is so satisfying. The rooms are cool with well circulated air. I had stayed in Room#01 and that too without turning the AC on while outside temperature was 34degC. The property is located almost at the end of a dead end lane therefore, there is no traffic noise. There are a lot of trees around the property with birds chriping since dawn. The stairs are clean and tidy. The property owner lives on the ground floor who are very loving and warm hearted. The staff is made up of basically young Naga boys who are extremely sincere and helpful, though with one of them named Alom you might face language problem (communication) but still manageable with his extremely humble behaviour and his innocent sweetness. Thanks TIA INN for making my stay comfortable...!

Location is good bit the rooms are small and serves only 4puri n 2katori sabji with tea for 2persons and door locks at 10pm and there is no parking for guest only owners cars are parked and guest I liable for their vehicles. And the rooms have defective dustbin and AC temperature cannot be minimised it's set at 26degree

The locality of the inn is quiet and peaceful. The inn itself is very homely and clean. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The owner and staffs are very warm and welcoming and you will feel right at home at Tia Inn. They serve authentic Naga dish too.

Location is good, poor room facilities as there is no extra charging point beside the bed, linen was dirty as stains could be seen everywhere, no exhaust fan in the bathroom as well as the door knob from out side of the washroom was broken.

Nice and decent hotel, staff's behavior is very good... I've stayed here for 8 days. Location is also very good, i like their quick room services, thank you Home stay Tia Inn definitely I'll be staying here next time

The place is nice and clean. The room service is great too. It's easily accessible by car or any public transport as it's close to main road. Only drawback - there are few mosquitoes around.

I booked this hotel for my parents last week, found it in the heart of main road(zoo tiniali) , extremely peaceful environment(good for families although couples r still welcomed), lil bit of parking issues (they have a capacity to hold only two cars if if its suv n hardly three if hatchbacks) , otherwise a pleasant stay

Oyorooms is not worthy of your trust. I booked one room for Rs998/-. The day before i called to the recipient and he told me that room were unoccupied but when the next day I went there at 6:00am there was no one and I wait there for one hour in heavy rain. I called to the recipient several times after 4 calls he picked up then he told me that all the rooms were occupied. I didn't get my money back. The recipient can't properly speak Assamese, English or Hindi. Till 8:30 am gate Don't open. Very bad experience. After 10pm you can't enter to the room.What a disgrace you are. Shame on you. Oyorooms is another name of mistrust. I never recommend you to stay in oyorooms in Guwahati. Go to goneshgori or paltan bazar.
