Worst service I have ever experienced... Caretaker is useless. He don't have any manners. Rooms are not well maintained. You will totally get disappointed so its better to look for another option
Very peaceful place . No traffic sound and looks very secure for stay. Also easy to reach from Bidhan Nagar railway station. But giving 4 star just for its price. It's bit costly compare to its room but not too much. I can refer it to everyone..
I will not recommend this place to anyone. They do not take care of your requirements. They did not give us drinking water, everytime we had to ask or get the bottles filled ourselves (please carry your own bottles as they do not provide you drinking water). The quilt they gave did not have cover which means it is unhygienic as others wud have used it. While taking bath, water stopped coming as the water tank was empty and they didn't switch on the motor. When asked for an extra quilt they argue saying the one provided is double. I have stayed with Oyo earlier and I know the standards and what is a double size quilt. As per Oyo standards the basic requirements were not met. The room does not even have a mirror. The list is endless, I had to stay here because Apollo hospital is close by hence I had no other choice. Please think twice before booking this place. I will not rate them even a 1. The staff is not at all cooperative and for all your problems related to your stay they will have one answer, speak to oyo.
