Best service and they given room with all the good facility people should go there they would love the service of this hotel stuff the rooms were so clean and staff were very helpful
Worst rooms.They have put nice pics just to fool people.Bedroom was very small and smelly. There were no pillows or good bed sheets. Very bad bathroom with no lights. No AC. Fan which makes lot of noise. I had to cancel it. Book only if you want to lose money.
Total nightmare. Avoid at all costs. First of all you cannot locate the hotel from the car so be ready for some exploration while carrying all your luggage to get to this hotel. Locality is not good at all and totally unsafe for anyone visiting with their family. Complete hotel has only one staff who is receptionist/guard/caretaker all in one. They won't provide you with the room key, after asking the key for many times receptionist gave us a duplicate key but it won't work. We returned to hotel at around 10 PM and had to call the receptionist to open the gate as he had the original key. We booked a 3X room and they gave us a room with only a double bed and most importantly ONLY 2 PILLOWS AND One thin SINGLE blanket. After multiple requests receptionist provided us with an additional pillow but refused for blanket. We had to SLEEP IN THE COLD WITHOUT BLANKET due to it. And do not expect any help/support from OYO, as this property is managed by OYO caption himself so he won't be helping you out to sort out the problems at all (His name is Rishi). Lastly their special check-out time is 10:30, half an hour early than other oyos. OYO caption even refused to keep our luggage for an hour after check-out. We had to shift to a nearby hotel for our next day's trip. Never using OYO ever again.
