OYO 4917 Nortels Service Appartments - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

Wrost experience night duty staff dont even know how to respond with guest. We requested for towel and he says "All the room are mostly triple occupied so we don't have any towels now, I will give you towel tomorrow morning after 6:30am" so we asked him to adjust atleast one as we just came from out and we need to get freshen up for that his reply was "MAI ABHI TOWEL DENAHI SAKTA AAPKO JO KARNA HAI AAP KARLO". We where staying in that hotel from last 3 days our room was not cleaned even after we requested two times, wi-fi was not functioning properly, blankets were of low quality. At the time of check out we were out so we requested them for a rebooking they said that the hotel was completely sold out as the same was been shown in oyo app also we asked them to take care of our luggage we will collect it evening and hand over the keys to them as it was a sudden unplanned plan, they accepted for that and kept our luggage at reception, evening when we went to hotel to hand over their keys and collect out luggage we requested them for a washroom they said the hotel is soldout so they can't help us, i asked them at least can we use staff washroom even they denied for that. The first two days we have given them 5 star rating only because of the breakfast taste. We have never ever experienced such a wrost staff experience. Some hotels dont reach up to oyo standers then also we adjust it up but such a behavior is not at all appreciated. Service persons should respect their guest and specially ladies, but they don't have the minimum response.

Room was pretty good. But the location is not good for the ones who go there by cars. Parking space is too small. Also while leaving they ask us to open the OYO app and give 5 stars. I guess that's how they have got 4.3 stars on OYO app. So I would give only 3 stars.

Worst service ever. Actually we booked 2sharing room . The room is very worst and no basic hospitality and for each nd every small small thing (Eg: towel,bedsheet, water, tv remote etc)we have to call and ask and also its not that safe to stay. nothing is good. The Bed is not for two members it is actually for one and they told this only available for both. Cost is too high and we stayed only 6hrs we paid 1216rs . They keep on changing words in cost prespective.

Worst service. Not maintained room properly. TV also not working..only tamil channels..it is so worst we have to fought for Blanket...they gave low quality blanket...They are simply putting 3 star but not even 0 star value. They did not provide water also... My 2 days money was simply waste

Worst behaviour of manager, he didn't know how to speak with costumers & didn't know the rules of oyo. He arguing with me for late checkout,earlier I asked one of his assistants for late checkout he said no problem but he is still arguing with me... And rooms are also not so clean... But breakfast is good

Its totally frustrating booking that i ever had, 1st he said online payment is not accepted. Then asked to re-book in OYO for higher price, then 50% of booking cost for room for early check in.Receptionist is very genuine in making money, not on customer satisfaction.

Staff is courteous. Car parking is problematic due to too many pillars. They don't clean rooms every day. Room service is too slow

Really it was a good experince in this hotel and friendly staff ..cleaning and staying room was good perfect place for all guest and such a lovely hotel this is....100% safe n secure with cctv survalience
