I booked a room well in advance but when I reached the hotel to check in i was told my room had been given away. This is after booking and paying well in advance. Highly unprofessional and unhelpful. Oyo transferred me to another property which never received intimation of this change. Make my trip refused to refund me and I'm stranded on the road with my mother and luggage with neither Oyo help nor MMT. TERRIBLE experience! Will NOT recommend to anyone!
The photos shown on Oyo are completely different. There are no 3X rooms, all are 2X. Not at all clean and maintained. Do not pay money before seeing rooms.
I have visited today as am booked via am MMT. But a person sitting at reception strigh away reject MMT booking. And also he found alcoholic. Trying to abuse me. sulle mg he don't know how to treat customer.
