OYO 49034 Hotel Grand Resort - Hotel in Saharanpur, Chidbana - Saharanpur, India

Where do I begin. We had booked most of the rooms for my sister's wedding. The resort is worse than an ordinary 1 star hotel. Terrible maintainence. 1. The resort is extremely dirty, flies everyehere and anywhere, puppies below the stage. 2. The reception doesn't have doors so on a windy cold day, you'll freeze by sitting there. Also, the reception is not receptive, nobody sits there and if they do, they don't respond. 3. The staff is super negligent, they provided nothing and no matter how many instructions you give them or complaints you make, they won't do the minimum. Not to mention the staff is really rude. 4. The washrooms are very dirty, the jet is not positioned correctly in most rooms, the geyser doesn't work in many rooms, rooms frequently run of out water, the washrooms don't have handwashes, the buckets are dirty. 5. The bed sheets are not changed no matter how many times you ask them. Yellow bedsheets and stained blankets. 6. Also, they provide nothing: no coffee, they charge for every bottle of water you order. 7. The food is below standard and flies add to the unhygienic condition it is served in. Only the wedding food was average, the rest every meal was tasteless and their was a dead ant in the wedding food as well. 8. The worst of all if you complain and trt to make them do the bare minimum and say that you'll pay once the work is done, they cut of the power and water supply and don't serve the food unless you make the complete payment and clearly, don't listen to anything at all. Book at your own risk, the behaviour of the staff is rightaway rude and disrespectful. *Do not fall for their presentation, this was the worst hotel I ever saw. Their presentation and the reality are very different.*

This resort is the worst. The staff does not respond. The washrooms don't have running water 24x7. The geyser doesn't work, the jet does not work. Moreover the staff is rude and does nothing even after multiple complaints. The only thing that's okayish is the wedding venue garden, for the rest is ridiculous. The food is very very bad and the place is very dirty. No cleanliness at all.

Pathetic Service 1. Irresponsible and irresnponsive staff. 2. Room full of bugs and mites. 3. Intentionally delaying Dinner and Breakfast meals so that you skip them and they can save more. 4. Amenities are broken in washrooms. Not usable. 5. Staff will keep saying lie. Sir your breakfast would be ready 07:30, Customer: Its 07:45, Could you arrange the breakfast? Ahuja: Sir staff will come by 08:00 actually, it will be ready by 08:15 so on and so on. One of the worst OYO experience.

Worst service, i booked room on 23 jan around 8pm. Oyo was showing that there were rooms available in hotel. but when i reached at hotel around 11pm with my family the hotel manager denied to give room. He said he do't have rooms available in hotel. When i asked if you do't have rooms available then why you showing you listing on oyo. You should manage your oyo dashboard also. It was completely unprofessional. At 11Pm with my family i was on road to search another hotel. This hotel do't understand the meaning responsibility, hospitality.

This resort is terrible. Went to a wedding there, room service is the worst, the washroom frequently runs out of water,the staff is indifferent to complaints. The motor stops working,the reception does not have doors. And most of all no service.

my honest suggestion...DON'T BOOK AT ANY HOW? AND IF YOU ARE THAT MUCH IN NEED.... JUST ASK EVERYTHING IN WRITTEN WITH TIME DURATION OF EACH AND EVERY ARRANGEMENTS.... and most importantly just ask for numerous responsible person with their phone no. and role they are there for... don't book at any cost..no particular member from there staff is available...everyone says talk to another person. its not his duty.... make their guests life miserable by continously cutting power of their guest rooms... switched off all the fancy lights like jhumar and all... between marriage hours...only halogens were there all other lights will be switched off ....even if your marriage is in between...they don't care and don't listen at all.... even caterers boy are also irreresponsible i.e. as if you cut your cake on stage....and you directed them to distribute to all .....then your cake will be vanished....nobody knows where cake actually gone....and no help from staff... even if your are eating dinner ....their staff will contionously looking at you and start snatching your plate even if you have not yet finished...

Rooms ambience & quality materials used in room are good. But, there will be disturbence some times as construction works are still going on. Room services need to be improved.

It's more like a lodge rather than a hotel. Poor room service.. you cannot order food of your own choice.. lizards, mosquitoes are in ample quantity.. bathrooms are too dirty.. showers are blocked..
