I am very diaappointed with oyo 4882 golden park, sector 7, dwarka hotel services. I made booking by 03rd of feb 2020 by late night after 12 approx 03 o clock mid night. In the mean time when i pay amount and call to hotel staff . They directly denied to check in. If oyo take booking in midnight and hotel work with oyo standard then why they are not giving services after deduct the amount. Due to that irrisponsible behavior i spend my whole night in my office. Hotel staff use very ruff language to denied about the services. They directly said talk to oyo. Why i talk to oyo.
Good/ popular for one night stands. It's not a family hotel. Don't go there thinking of a normal hotel. There's no maintenance of this property. Very dirty and poor infrastructure.
The room was fine and clean. The bedsheets could have had been clean too. And there were no towels in the bathroom. Rest everything was fine.
I couldn't give any lesser, worst experience ever. I can mention a list of complaints against them right from check in,everything was wrong. I strongly recommend to stay away from this place as this is used for pros***** and boozing.
Good staff. Convenient location. But hotel is filthy dirty. Cockroaches everywhere. I stayed for their good behaviour and service. But hotel is not clean.
It's really good place to have fun with family and friends...... To enjoy.....i would like to go again if any one of my family and relative will book it for party....it is really cool....nice....fab...place...i have ever seen.....the servers are really nice
Rooms were good but in my room washroom don't have working exhaust fan and dress hanger. Also my room didn't have a mirror.
We had a very bad experience we booked a room for 2 days at golden park but on reaching there we were told that all rooms were sold out and they took us to another hotel golden palace there the room wasn't good at all so we again asked them to change it then we were taken to hotel golden height the rooms are good but the ac wasn't working also the room service is very slow then at night they alloted us another room with a proper working ac which took about 45 minutes also the complimentary brkfst provided we found hair in it later they called us to tell that we need to shift to another room because the room have been booked for someone else
