There is no coordination between the receptionists.We have to carry our own luggage. Some rooms are under renovation causing continuous sound polution. No bellboy or room service. No intercom to order tea. Even when we told them they did not bring. Not worth a second visit at all
Rooms are good, the toilet could have been better no hot water facility in the morning hours service is ok . Maybe rooms require renovation.

The standard of the hotel has gone down.. I have used it during transit.. Very basic and used to be good a year ago.. Disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the place and staff behavior.. For dining you need to go out and there are plenty of options outside.. Location wise it is great.
We have taken rooms during wedding season for relatives. Room is nice with spacious area and good ventilation/ maintenance. But bathrooms are not well structured. Please check thoroughly once before booking.

Absolutely not worth staying for Rs.2205/- per night. Any hotel which charges more thank 2 k gonna offer complimentary water bottle and breakfast, no such things here. Not even a restaurant. They don't even have a mosquito repellent machine when asked for. Couldn't sleep until 2 am as tv sounds from other rooms will make ur life hell. Absolutely no privacy. Guys I have stayed from north to south, truly speaking this place is not worth paying for, u should get better deals.
