Arrogant, rude receptionist.Ordered dinner around 8:30 pm, It took them almost 3 hr to prepare dinner. Worst experience. Ill informed staff, they don't even know the documents required to cross the border. Better stay in some other hotel. Only Come here if you don't have any other choice.
The rooms are really good with the thickest mattress I have ever seen in hotels the rooms are clean and the toilets r tiled and clean the staff is very helpful should really try this hotel once you reach Raxaul
I have rated this Hotel as Five Star just because I Like the garden Area and one thing I would like to indicate as Civil Engineer, its Super structure Design is good enough not too heighty as According to the Earthquake also .

The hotel was good. Rooms were clean. The rate was relatively cheaper. There were Ac as well as non AC rooms. I visited with my family and even my kids were satisfied. By far better than the the rest of the hotels. It was overall a good stay
