Nice place. Still new and not yet fully functional. TV was not working as no connection. Shower was not working. Staff was very cooperative and well behaved. Parking space was great help. These are basically flats with two rooms in each flat sharing a common drawing room and balcony. Lift was working. Late night Check-in and Checkout also easy.
No need of giving stars. Very very worst service. No cleanliness,No flush water, Geyser not working, AC not working, coakroches, Washrooms are too worst and worst service. We just paid for 6 hrs as we on the way to our location. Guys Please don't ever prefer. It's a humble request i am OYO wizard member i have never seen such kind of worst hotel.
Although rooms are clean, with a balcony attached. Proper lift system ,But the location is far from madurai city. Every time you'll take an auto-rickshaw you have to pay a minimum of rs 120 for one side per auto-rickshaw.
The most worst hotel I ever stayed... They don't even provide soaps and towels also. I asked for the same. Then the receptionist is asking me to call customer care for the soaps and towels... This is place not at all reachable with public transport. I will not suggest any one to stay in this hotel. Particularly staying with family is not all safe in this hotel... For singles just ok for one night stay but that too I don't suggest. While in check out he is demanding extra money for service... They don't even provided me drinking water also... Is this the way to treat a guest..??? Geyser is also working... Geyser functioning also we have to customer care ... Great response... Had bath with cold water Irresponsible and worst reception... Hated it completely... Such a worst hotel... :(
Rooms are soo good. Very Neat and clean. and no disturbance. But Very Interior you Need to walk 1.5 Km to access main road or get a bus /Share Auto. and no shops nearby
Worst cottage. It's very fethetic location. No facilities near by. It is like remote area. You can say forest. AC is not working properly. Lonely feeling. Experienced ghost attack me in me night time twice. Wastage of money.
Though it is not in the main place of the city, it is ok for the other state people to reside. It is safe enough as it is among the thick residential place. And it is at affordable cost.
Very very very bad service, no clean neatness, dust every were in rooms, ac's not working, bathroom flush is not wo working, I never ever seen that much pathetic service or hotel earlier, I suggest not to go for this hotel
My stay at Nithyaa grand was amazing.. it is one of the best hotels in madurai. Rooms were clean and neat, and the location was more accessible. I will give full star for the staffs for their humble service,especially the staffs at the reception both
