OYO 48005 Hotel Airways Inn Residency - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

My kind request to you guys is , please don't choose this hotel if you have some common sense , with family you never ever choose such type of hotels

Hotel is decent I would say,rooms are small if you just looking to take rest then fine else if you are planning to do some party and enjoyment with friends then this is not a right option.. Food was little expensive side I say..staff was good and room was cleaned

Worst hotel ever not even for 1 star. No breakfast, No good service, the receptionist guys are cheaters both of them. They have tricks to stoll money from customers like dent on walls, bedsheets even first time they gives dirty bedsheets. They can ask for any small reason. Rooms are dirty, no ventilation, smells everywhere, No room service untill you ask for it. Unpacked drinking water.

Worst Hotel in life that i have seen on any booking app so far and thanks for OYO the experience was even more Pathetic. OYO is fooling people with good pictures on the app and reality is not even 1% so beware. Could not even stay for minute and had to leave immediately without any Refund.

I had my stay here from the fabhotels and it was the worst stay of my life in this hotel. Rooms were very small and the staff was also not good. The hospitality was also not good and the prices was very much higher as compare to the size of the room. It was the only wastage of money and one can get the very good room with other benefits in the same price from goibibo or oyo. Literally worst hotel ever. There was not even a footmat available inside the room and they were using towel for that. The passage of the room was very small that one cannot walk even in the room perfectly.

Genuine Experience. Very small rooms near by slum area with no windows, not working geyser, TV and ACs. with very worst service. Offers only Bread omlet or bread Jam in breakfast that to not in time and everytime receptionist gives reason for service. Please make sure you take picture of every damaged object for proof as they will charge from you for whatever you haven't damaged. Worst experience and worst people.

It's just an okay place to sleep. The room is small and smelly. There is no window and the hotel is facing noisy road. The TV screen is smaller than laptop screen and there were no active channels to watch. There is no wifi. The AC remote did not work. And no place to keep luggages. Do not pay more than 800INR. Only good thing is the management and staff were very friendly.
