Super nice experience Good for family .
I've stayed here for 4 days ....People of this place are very cruel.. i just forget my keys in my purse and i even said that you just open the doors I'll return your key's after 20 min.... they said they haven't duplicate keys .. Even when my grand mother was ill... I asked them for many time but they are so cruel they don't have manners to talk with guest.. Worst
We post review on behalf of one of our customer Mr.Santosh Singh Banafar, He complained that washroom is so dirty, Kitchen is so unhygienic, In our package breakfast was complimentary but they clearly said no to customer and one big thing is that they stolen spects of our customer worth Rs.3500/-. Once our client got rude then they return it to client. Worst hotel ever. In future not going to book this hotel and also recommended to other persons that not book this worst hotel.
This is really a 3rd class hotel and I can say its really a worst hotel I have seen where the rooms are dirty and they switch of the Ac without letting us know and apart from this the room service is very bad and even they don't have a proper restaurant to sit and have food after doing a long journey and really I am disappointed with this service a lot. In future I will try no to recommend any of my friends and relatives for this hotel. And if it is like this continues in future means then oyo will be the worst company for hotel bookings Very very sad with your service OYO
Bad hotel Staff are totally non cooperative, arrogant behaviour, I stayed for 3 days, but they did not change my bed sheets also. Kept on searching for restaurant but no body guided. I asked to arrange a vehicle but nobody helped, today morning no body helped to shift my luggage to the vehicle.
A very decent hotel to stay near Shanti kunj in Haridwar. Very nera to Shantikunj Gate No 4 & 5. The only cons of the hotel is that the display name and OYO logo is missing which makes it sometimes hard to locate. but as far as amenities and hotel is concerned, it is really good value for money. A MUST visit if you are looking for a hotel near Shantikunj.
Very good place and good location, Har ki pauri and Bharat Mata Mandir is very near to this place. Staff is good , food is good, rooms are good.
Neat and clean & very comfortable room and services is also too good, Location is too good...peaceful atmosphere around the hotel..I like the surrounding area of hotel....visit again soon.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very clean comfortable and the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us food was very good
