Worst hotel experience. The room had a stinky smell, the bedsheet, pillow even the floor had stains. Cockroaches were roaming all around in the room. In my stay i saw mostly couples were coming for few hours. Some guys were doing party in the room front of me. Loud music, door banging . I ordered tea, the hotel was not able to arrange. Never ever visit this hotel

Unmanaged hotel. Lift is not working , upto 4 floors you need to carry luggage, there is no kitchen/pantry in the hotel although online apps provide good service. Cleanliness and proper maintenance is a big issue. Staff is also not professional. Altogether a very average hotel.

Not at all good, no hotel policy followed, no lift no breakfast no cleaning infact u have Bing rats in rooms, money paid here is wasted here. Incase u reach an hour before you'll be charged like anything every hour extra is equal to 500 rs

Hotel staff is untrained and unprofessional they provided me a room whose bedsheets and pillow cover is filthy and dirty my mother has to force them to change those bedsheets as i say they are unprofessional and lazy to do their job. hospitality service is ok type , not a family friendly environment. rooms are not at all clean. Cockroachs are roaming around.

Very bad room service I checked in room 1:00 PM and there is no towel, washroom kit and water bottle in the room. I called receptionist 4 times and they are telling providing in 10 minutes and till 4:00 PM I didn't not get any thing from them and I was forced to attend my business meeting without taking bath with smelling body. Guys never book this hotel.

Worst experience this time, the hotel is undergoing renovation, rooms are ok, no remote for ac, no TV remote. At night some boys made noise in the corridor, drinking, breaking bottles, abusing each other with sdd'k chaap gaaliyaaN, once I thought to leave the hotel but it was 11 pm. So I stayed in fear. It is not 3 star hotel it is 3rd class hotel.

Bad experience....while booking the room through OYO they asked for 50% extra charge on late check out but on the day they charges more than 100%(room rate 900 rupee and they charged 1000 for 6 hrs). this is not expected from such hotel. although their room and facility good. kindly communicate the same you want to charge. don't make fool any costumer.

Hotel not even deserve for 1 star but it has no options for .1 star hence i have given 1 star. -The management staff only keeps you on waiting if something demanded. -No Staff to pick up or drop luggage from reception to/From Room. -AC do not work at all!Its one thing to get a Ac or non ac room as ac donot work at all(Room has ducting system) -Fridge also do not worked at all.The staff said to keep the item in their fridge and call them when needed. -Most imp!The room do not have a telephone too.The receptionist gave her mobile no. To call from the mobile when anything needed.Further they do not also receive the call when you call them.Can you call someone on their phone at 2am to send Water at room? -The Hotel mgt do not know how to greed the guest at all. -Worst hotel ever stayed!!!
