Very bad service and quality of the room, I won't recommend ever for emergency stay.
Arrived 2 days ago and were given our room, Has a partial view and is very comfortable and spacious. The staff are all very pleasant and smiling. The breakfast buffet is tasty and offers a large selection of well prepared items
Average small sized rooms. Faced few issues. First room had flickering lights. Second room had TV brightness issues and AC wasn't up to the mark. Washroom had a few plumbing issues. Overall it's a below average to average room. If you are getting it for below 800 or something then probably fine.
We enjoyed concert very much. Room was clean and quiet. Food and show were great. We wouldn't do the package again because of the cancellation policy. Liked the museum. And visited many tourist sites.
We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Park. It is my favorite hotel in your small town. We get a package deal every year. It is close enough that you can just walk everywhere. The rooms service is wonderful and they keep the rooms nice and clean. I tell all my friends about this wonderful hotel. The price is right with this hotel.
Most horrible. Never do a mistake of booking this. We had booked a room through MMT for this. We called the reception and informed we will check in after 10.30 night. He said OK. Booking confirmed. It was 11.30 when we reached. And he says rooms are full. Our check in was refused
Pros - Hotel is at very peaceful place, you can go single or couple, no issues. - Staffs are also good - free and tasty south indian breakfast - TV, AC, wifi available - lift available Cons: - wifi speed is very low - They rarely wash bedsheets after someone checkout. So, when you enter, remove blanket from the bed and see whether it's clean. If not, ask for replacement.
Horrible experience of being denied rooms when arrived at the property at 2.30am from Malaysia despite of being informed a week earlier. The manager was drunk and ignored us despite of waiting at the front gate. He didn't even open the gate to ask anything and Continued sleeping.
