Everything is too bad from my experience... Rating 0/5. Don't go to this hotel, Hotel staff always talking with rude behaviour. Room & bathroom not clean & it's stinky. Geezer tv is not working. Drinking water shortages, Electrical power cut without any reasons. :-(
The place is ok, but the owner needs to crack the whip and make sure the place is cleaned up. No maintenance till you scream for service. Daily cleaning of rooms doesn't happen unless you ask for it, and hygiene is non-existant. Lesser said about the views, the better. The cooler/AC is a box that is empty within, and only serves to let mosquitoes inside. Demand for a replacement mosquito liquid fell on deaf ears and I had to buy one myself. If you stay at Vrindavan for a long haul, don't stay here. Very little provision for drying clothes that you wash. But mercifully, they have a functional lift.
