OYO 4739 PARADISE RAINBOW INN - Hotel in Shillong - East Khasi Hills, India

This is a good hotel near Centre Point, Police Bazar, Shillong. The rooms are good enough for couples and you will love the well-mannered staff. The rooms are not large but is enough for your short trip to Meghalaya. Geysers, TV and a simple fan are available in your room. They also serve meals for decent prices. There are other restaurants too in the neighborhood. You also get open access to RO filtered water. I definitely recommend this hotel to tourists. The place can be good for families, couples and friends too.

The room and location are okay. The geyser switch is at reception!. Bad experience from front office. At the time of payment, the staff told us that there is no gpay. Then we asked for card payment, then he said yes, but the machine was not reading the card !!!. He said its card fault, made us to go to multiple ATMs in the early morning amd none of them were opened at that time. Luckily, one uncle came forward to help us, and he instructed the front office staff to use the second machine for the card, which they had!. But the front office person told us there is no battery charge in it. Then the uncle told him to plug it and use (front office uncle was that lazy to plug it and use???). Afterward, he tried, and the card worked in that machine!. Early morning itself, he gave us unnecessary tension, running between ATMS and wasting of around 1 hour of time.

The hotel is located at the center point i.e., that its location is best. Their service is also good. They are very cooperative. Also, their rooms are very nice.

Good location with good food. Staff behaviour also so cooperative.just 1 mnt walking distance from heart of the policebazar.

The hotel is located in Police Bazaar itself, so if one wants to stay at the heart of the city then this is a great place, however u have to deal with the huge and maddening traffic everytime u enter and exit this hotel. This is a budget-friendly and economical hotel and the rooms are worth the money they charge. We were satisfied with the rooms. The best thing about this hotel is their service which is upto the mark and very prompt.

A very good hotel with the right price. The rooms are well furnished with television and fan too the bed is comfortable. The toilets are clean and dosen't smell. The sheets are also clean and dust free. The service is fast and well co-operative and the food there is also not bad (if u want non veg then u have to pay in advance as the dish is bought from outside) Cons. Some rooms are not that well ventilated so u might fell a little suffocation. The curry sometimes won't be up to your expectations.

Highly recommended....Nice place, rooms were good and clean. And the service was very good...staff were nice. Very polite and friendly behaviour...Must visit
