For OYO customers, do not pay money to any personal account or through Pay tm etc. There are frauds inside OYO declaring themselves as a OYO representative and will ask you to do payments in given account provided by them. PLSE PAY THROUGH OYO APP OR GIVE PAYMENT DIRECTLY TO HOTEL. And don't forget to take snapshots for your payment.
New type of cheating at OYO, when hotel is locked taking bookings and another thing for cancellation charges are applicable. After lots of discussion agreed to return applied charges, took account details and said 14 working days (I was shocked with timeline), that's it. No return received. When you call customer care it again starting from beginning for details. Worst experience. Adding photos for your information.
