Building is good but the maintenance is poor. Reception, room service, room interiors are very bad.

Looks good from outside , rooms are new but not clean . beddings are NOT at all clean , the stinking pillows, the used dirty bed roll. The used uncleaned basin. Overall unsatisfactory experience.
