OYO 46321 Hotel Rising Sun - Hotel in Ludhiana - Ludhiana, India

UNSAFE, UNHYGIENIC & FILLED WITH IDIOTS Everything was horrible. Starting from the stinky rooms with spit marks, cigarette smoke smell, dirty toilet condition, tv not working, bad service to Illogical reasoning by the owner and staff for everything. The switches were so old that no charger fits in. TV was in so bad condition that it used to get off on its own. Wifi was weak. There was too much noise in the corridor. The whole night people were shouting & running outside the room. No towels were given. Bathroom is not built properly. AC was horrible too! No hot water for bathing, they gave us hand heater which gives you a shock "literally". The staff keeps on asking for tips for no reason. They don't care if our issues are solved. Never go here!!! NEVER And after all of this, the owner asked us to pay more as Ibibo rate is not applicable.

Room was not clean, Tabbco chewable type pkt was lying near bed, lots if big ant type insect move here and there. And worst things is that bathroom, WC was not clean. If you are on business trip or on family vacation, very sorry to say , plzz dont visit this place. This place is just like 2 Hour place, hotel management also maintain this place according to this. My friend book this hotel for single occupancy, when i join , hotel ask for extra charge. Its ok , it is reasonable and it should be. But ask for only cash not card. Booked room for 3 days , on second day , when i was leaving for office , management guy stop me on reception and ask for money. I tried to convince him , we are still in hotel, will pay whole amount but these guys not ready . When i came in evening from my office, i get to know , hotel guys took money from my friend. That was on his paytm. Rediculous.... For your kind information, i am aslo from Hotel Industry, worked with 5 Star hotel to good reputed restaurant chain. Know each and every things very well. And finally checked out after two days. Hotel rising sun , its my honest review.. Can contact any time...

Its okay for single stay comfortable but u need to manage little bit which lowers your comfort to stay here... Parking facility is available 24 hours just opposite to hotel, paid but near to hotel. And connected to wholesale market which is beneficial so I mentioned it.

Room was not clean and not alloted as per booking by Oyo .. price was reasonable .. need to improve their clealiness and must renovate the room .. the pics which are shown here is proportionately different to the real condition of room .. they deliberately switch off the ac while staying in the room .. need to take strict action against their services.. staff was so so not educated .. Overall rating as per my recommendation 1out of 5

WORST MANAGEMENT... MANAGEMENT PEOPLE WERE DRINKING ALCOHOL AND MAKING LOUD NOISE, VERY UNSAFE PLACE FOR FAMILY...PLEASE AVOID GOING THIS HOTEL
