The guy at counter was super polite when I entered but went cold after I said I booked through oyo. He was playing with his mobile and said no rooms available and you can speak with oyo in a rudest way possible. I had no choice but fight with oyo customer care and change to another property. Very dangerous. Very unprofessional.
