Rooms are average, AC not working properly all the time, Service is too poor, price is good you will get 4 bed room at Rs 2000 .
Stayed at this hotel on 1st December night was very good. Nothing to complain at all.. Would recommend this to all.. Good to have a car through with you but then Uber is good option as well.. Rooms are good .. A bit small but great for a night as we did spend too much time in the room itself if you are staying here, please do ask about hot water, breakfast timings, towels etc. to meet your needs as the people serve you very well but the processes of this hotel are a little different.. So good to ask whatever you have in mind as an expectation :)
Booked through OYO.... Pros:: Got complimentary breakfast...Room was neat and clean..TV and all electronics were working along with AC...Quiet environment... Cons:: Couldn't avail the WiFi service.... There's no lift only stairs...No heater's available for winter....You have to ask for stuffs and service... Hospitality was casual...
Nice and comfortable AC rooms for budget travellers - just two minutes walk from Guwahati 's famous Ganesh Mandir. As the hotel is situated in the main road it is easy to find and remember for a newbie in the city. Liked their idea of putting plants in the wall though

Poor behavior with customers who are booking their hotel on oyo. I personally experienced. I booked 2 rooms in orchard from oyo and 3hours before chekin they said you can't check in cause you booked from oyo app and you are paying 2500 per rooms and this is so cheap.but i got this offer from oyo that i will get 50%off on any hotel in Guwahati but orchard owner refused to give us rooms and oyo also telling us that our tie up with this hotel was expired 3days ago while i booked this hotel 15days ago. This is so unmanaged sevice from oyo and orchard hotel too. Owner of this hotel telling us like if you want to stay in our hotel you have to pay according to our pricing,and i said i can't cause i booked your hotel from oyo nd oyo gave me 50% off. For oyo and orchard hotel i stayed in foot path for 5hours.so poor management
