Ghatiya hotel, non cooperative staff, smelly rooms, bathroom fittings tuti hui , even towel not available, no parking, crowdy and smelly area , wastage of money,
Very bad experience.... there was no electricity...no running water... even the staff behaviour was too rude.,....I waited there 1 hr but it was not solved....i contacted Oyo support but they didn't helped me ....i didn't stayed there still they didn't refunded my money back.... please guys don't opt Oyo for hotels.... it's total cheat & they only loot u....& never give proper service.....
No Rating for this hotel. Dharmshala's are better then this. Not justifying the brand name of OYO. Very very poor rooms, very poor bathrooms, broken flush, broken bathroom locks, TV without cable, non working AC, no cooling, broken switch boards and unwashed linen etc. We had very short time on 18th May 2022 as we were in emergency so we leaved the room without any complaint.
My words are very less then real experience.

Even after book the room and advance payment they didn't give me room not accept mail confirmation from agoda Or not accept my payment details, I have search the new hotel at same time. Bad experience from hotel // Agoda / Oyo.

Very bad behaviour of reception managers with hotel guest
The experience was a nightmare. I had to stay here for one night for my exam but it was horrible. They didn't provide any fresh pillow covers and blanket. The TV, WIFI and AC was not working. Most important the washroom was not cleaned and it was stinking so much that it was not possible to enter inside.
The hotel staff didnt pay any attention to repetitive complaints.
I stayed there with my two female friends. Our stay was horrible. First of all the location of the hotel is very weird and the staff was also very uncanny. We felt very insecure. They showed us our room it was very unhygienic. There was alcohol bottle in the cupboard and ashes of cigarettes in the washroom. Menu card was also not properly maintained. Our overall experience was very bad and if u r traveling with ur girl gang so don't ever choose this hotel.
*WORST EVER EXPERIENCE* hotel manager was charging extra 500 rupees for check in, although i have paid full amount online. Very rude behaviour by staff. Don't think about Booking this hotel,you will be looted by them. Oyo and goibio tried to help me but it was hotel owner that didn't even talk to the representative of Oyo.
