DO NOT book this hotel. You CANNOT rely on them. They will refuse to give you rooms even after doing advance booking with full payment. We booked 3 rooms through OYO for 6 elderly women (my mother and her friends) who were travelling alone. They refused to give rooms. Bahut conveniently they said ki rooms nahi hai. No Accountability whatsoever. This hotel should shut down infact OYO as a company should be banned. Their license should be taken. They should not be allowed to operate.
TOTAL ABOMINATION. This is place should be torn down. The man who takes care of this place is an irresponsible chap who denied an OYO Paid booking of six elderly people (one being my Mother In Law) who had come here for a function at Dehradun. And he could do nothing about it. The booking was made through OYO a fortnight back and that to a fully paid one yet they deny entry to the guests and all they can say is 'Hotel Full hai customer care pr bat kro and kahi aur dekh lo'. Its license should be cancelled. They are not fit to run a hotel business. Shameful. Did not even have the courtesy to call back after repeated attempt to reach him. DISGRACEFUL
Nice hotel to stay in. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Cleanliness is very well maintained. And the elephant hangings were really beautiful. thanks for the good experience. Keep up the good work. And please try to fix full mirrors in rooms it's a need ;). #doontrip #winters
Hotel is good, cleaning is average and service is bad. I have ordered tea 2 times but they did not give. You have to deoend on zomato n swiggy. It is hardly 2km from isbt.
