General manager( Mr Vikram ) of hotel is very arrogant, rude and unprofessional, I'll mannered. He needs to be educated well on dealing with guest . We are regular visitors at this property and recommended to our social circle aswell. But, we will never ever check in to this property again. .
Padmini Niwas is just like second home away from hussle bussle of crowded city like Delhi. The only hotel in Mussoorie with so much of greenery. Very peaceful, well behaved staff, owner Aunty is very humble.. pure vegetarian restaurant, cooked everything fresh on your demand...!!
It's a beautiful and peaceful property and has very easy access to mall road. The food is great and service is also very good. Staff is very cordial.Highly recommend it for staying in mussorie
Rooms are not maintained in good condition. Old furniture's and bathroom in bad condition. There are gaps in windows both in shower area and in the room which results into cold air blowing in from everywhere. Food is good but utensils are not washed properly in fact very dirty. Staff is nice. You can't move out of room as the Mall Road outside is dug up and muddy. AVOID THIS HOTEL

If you looking for authentic Gujarati food in mussorie,this is the best place to be. While strolling through mall road one can find this hotel on a side lane,the location and surrounding views attracted us to this place and we had the dinner here. The good was really very fresh and tasty, service was prompt and staff was well behaved.
Good hotel , Good location. Nice property. Heater available for winters & good geyser facility. Food is also of good taste - Charges of food slightly higher. We liked Gujrati Thali which was very nice.
