Bad behaviour of the staff. My friend had an injury, so we wanted to use the washroom and they denied us for that. Also they do not keep your luggage after checkout hours. We wanted to keep some as our train was few hours late. But they either wanted us to pay 250rs for keeping luggage in a room or take it away. We managed for a few hours and went. Otherwise, the room was good, neat and clean.
Rooms are big and spacious but they are not well maintained. The rooms were dirty even after asking the staff to clean them no action was taken. Also,I personally would not recommend families to stay here.
Hotel Front Office Staff, House keeping, waiters are Very well mannered , Room was specious and very clean with a very good view, Food was Delicious, Rates is also very reasonable, overall very good Eexperienc.
Cleanliness is the only thing they must focus otherwise it's good. And please don't put the AC off after 2am.
Awsome in budget i get bed here only rs 200... basically you cant get room here you will get only bed this a type of budget domitory in jhansi.. really you will like it.. location is just the centre in jhansi .......restaurent is somehow far for food... but you will find food corner easily nearby
