This place is not good place to stay at, it is far from Bust and railway stations, although map takes to right location it is hard to identify the place as it won't look like hotel. There is no parking lot, wheelchair accessible entrance. Except that it has loft facility. Staff is not welcoming and Lenin's inside rooms are of pathetic quality, rooms are so small that I can even strech my arms. There is no eatery or laundry facility and there is prayer hall near which is hell of disturbance. There is breakfast place at the end of road except that there are no eateries near by. I don't recommend.
It's good for staying with family. Clean and nicely maintain. Only thing is far away from railway station and getting food you have to depend on Swiggy. For travel to any place they will arrange for auto

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
