OYO 4455 BB Hotel - Hotel in Ranchi - Ranchi, India

This is the best hotel as per my experience in Ranchi staff was very helpful in all necessary things.

The hotel is very nice, and clean .The behavior of the staff here is very good.Especially Suchit ekka He talked very politely, He is a cheerful person.

The location is good because it's in a place where there are hardly any other hotel. Overall behaviour of the staff is decent I would say, if not highly courteous. Food is good but one con is that they don't serve non-veg. Pricing is little high. Sometimes they make a little delay if you ask for anything over phone, though I would say this has improved over my five visits to them. Overall if you are not nitpicky you can be satisfied staying here.

Although hotel facilities are good but when it comes to serving food, first they have the restricted menu and not all the items are available. Even though hotel management doesn't allow outside food. You cannot use food services to deliver it to hotel.

Not a great place.Locality around the hotel is not good.One of the main problems is transportation.Neither the local autos not Uber/Ola cabs prefer to pickup or drop during the peak hours of the day, saying that traffic gets jammed in Upper Bazar street.Food,felt overrated.Honestly I had oppurtunity to have only one breakfast during those 4 days of stay,which was I would say can be low rated compared to the food I had in rest of the places in Ranchi.If u want to stay here, have your food from CHURUWALA restaurant(pure vegetarian) which lies in the next street and walkable.I cannot recommend for a family to stay . Of course staff were polite, friendly and tried to do their best.

I don't support this hotel reasons are as follows. 1. Location, situated at upper Bazaar seriously very conjusted place. 2. Not price worthy, I pay 2500 for night atleast you should have atleast gycer in bathroom. 3. No restaurant but yes room service is available. 4.I stay in room 106, whenever u switch on off there is continuous sound. 5. Actually I have to check out at 7.30am so I wake up at 7.0am and asked for water. I was denied by reason that there is no staff by receptionist.

Pathetic Hotel. Fraud. They pose as BNR Hotel in Make My Trip. Very limited only veg menu. Break Fast is pathetic. They keep calling you check out until you do so. Is located in a very dirty place. They will not even call a transport for you. Entry through basement. Very bad behavior of the Hotel Staff. It is basically a LODGE not a Hotel.

Doesn't received neither oyo welcome nor breakfast. At 10am hotel denied to give me breakfast. Room is fine with good cleanliness. But hospitality is worst.
