Excellent Service especially Hiader anna is very good with guest and attends to do the needful to make the guest comfortable.
Situated just 5 mins walk from Tirunelveli train station. Building is located behind parade of shops so sometimes it can be difficult to spot. Hotel reception is manned 24 hours and very attentative. The reception is quote clean and has leather seating. Staff are friendly. On check in, your bags are taken to the room by the bell boys. There are 3 classes of rooms: Standard, AC and AC Deluxe. Standard and AC rooms are same shape and size, same furniture and shower room facilities eith the exception of the AC. The AC rooms cost almost double that of a standard room which has a fan only. Rooms are cleaned on arrival and are fairly clean. You can order room service for tea, coffee, refreshments and food. There is a filtered water dispenser situated by the first floor landing. There is a large open balcony to the front of the hotel on the first floor with seating and table for relaxation. Overall an average hotel for everyday stay Also suitable for families.
Ideal for bachelor's or single accommodation. Deluxe room is small and compact, not much of a moving space. Early check-in or late check-out is available at 30% extra cost subject to room availability. Very close to the Tirunelveli railway station. Walkable distance
First impressions of the Hotel: 1. The building looks unique. I like how it has a walkway around the building. 2. The reception place is nice and neat. 3. After a few hotel room disappointments from the morning, my room looked decent (I nodded 'Yes' the minute I saw the room and the toilet clean). 4. The toilet has both Indian and Western types. A first I've seen. (I usually travel quite often on business trips. ) 5. The fare for my happy room was lesser than the other rooms that I though were rotting, physically. Overall, I'll come back here again.

Don't expect high quality rooms. This is a budget lodge. Good & convenient for a short duration stay. The biggest advantage is its proximity to the railway station and bus terminus.
Very nice n clean rooms. Well furnished rooms. Provides Drinking water. Good to check in at reasonable fare of Rs 450/- Except slow response of room boy.
