We took ac room but ac wasnt working properly anyway, we took a stay for a day... just for some hours and the staff is kind but should work on hospitality! Also its very close to anand station... In a 2 min walking distance.
Very good place to stay. Nearer to Anand junction station. Clean and compact rooms. Washroom is also clean and tidy. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Working AC, WiFi TV,etc. Geyser not working for now but will provide you hot water on request. Worth the money. Rooms available only offline. Much better than hotels booked via online platforms.
My experience all over very good, I'm happy good safety and security for girls, also hygienic and cleanliness very good..
The service of this hotel is truely remarkable. Rooms are very clean and it's atmosphere too bcoz it doesn't allow couples and thus it's completely suitable for family stays. complaints about hot water are useless bcoz hotel goes according to its rules and regulations. Those who are complaining about service and other things are facing some egoistic issues and that's why they talk like this. Overall the hotel is excellent...
The worst hotel I've ever been to. The hotel manager didn't have the POS machine while check in and told wii collect the payment in the morning. In the morning, I was running late for a meeting and asked him to take the payment in evening. He instead took my credit card. I'm going to lodge a complaint with local police station. The hotel manager will make you regret for your decision to check in there, every single moment. The hotel does not have running hot water facility, AC was not working, rooms are small and not are of standard sizes, on the top of that the hotel manager abuses, gives guests puns. The experience have been terrible so far. PLEASE DON'T BOOK HERE!!!
