OYO 4418 Royal Mass Club - Hotel in Chennai, Ramapuram - Chennai, India

The hotel room was good, however even when we have pre-booked the room with OYO they didn't make that room available. I stayed at another lower grade room for first day. Second day they shifted me to The room I've booked. We were starving at first night because we've checked in late night. There is no place nearby to eat something and even the hotel itself doesn't have restaurant facility. Their room service brings food from nearby restaurant when it's open.

The place is located around 30 minutes from the Chennai airport and the hotel is absolutely brilliant as regards to the service and the comfortability of the rooms. The bathrooms are spacious and clean . The rates are also usually not that high and the staff and manager are very Courteous . They allowed us to stay even after the check out time as our flight was delayed . The restaurant is also just outside the hotel and offers food inside the hotel also so . I can safely say it is one of the best experience of my stay in Chennai.

Very Poor service. This hotel should be closed as soon as possible. Just because of this type of hotels OYO is company's name getting bad impression.. even rikshawwala's know how to behave properly than this hotel's stuffs. This hotel should not be booked by any of the guests. The hotel problems are as follows: 1- bathroom's water is dirtier than drain water 2- hotel's lift doesn't works 3- there r no lights in the stairs of the hotel 4- the whole room consists of only one light even that too kinda night bulb 5- Stuffs dont have the minimum knowledge of how to run a hotel.

Hey guys do not book this hotel, facilities not good, service not good. My check in date is 20/7/2018 and check out date is 22/7/2018. Today date is 26/7/2018. I already called lots of time for my gst invoice but not response from hotel. Minimum 5 times i gave my mail ID. Worst rooms from inside. They do not provide water in room. When i left the room the they want 5 star from me.

Rooms are Big and good enough, went there through oyo booking so cant say about other. Had issue of mosquitoes but the hotel have provided the good night but still faced issue. Service is good, they dont have RO plant but they have provided bottled water for free. Room very big enough for 1500. For breakfast no options were provided so need to settle with idli sambar.

It is near about 12 km from MAA airport , I have been there for one night stay as i need to connect Singapore flight next day. Very big rooms with all basic facilities definitely value for money.

Just wanted to share few serious concerns.. ONE I had selected this hotel for being proximity to the airport as it displayed 3.2 km from the same as per search results.. But now as I am travelling towards the hotel i realise that it is Iver 11 kms.. Hence your results are misleading and is costing me valuable time.. TWO At the hotel counter there was big commotion as the receptionist was unable to find my second booking on the tab.. After I gave the booking id although she could find it she was unable to check us in due to over booking.. Whatever is the issue I believe as I have made payment for the rooms at this particular hotel and also been forced to come this far, it is incorrect to inform me to change the hotel or to wait or to have one booking in this property and another in a separate property.. However once when I conveyed the same to the manager on phone they accommodated to the room.. THREE One room was in above average condition.. But it had no toiletries.. The condition of other room was entirely different from the pictures on your website.. Shabby.. TV was from an age before my birth probably.. Bedding was uncomfortable and not sponged or springed.. To add to my worries some carpentry work was going on right outside my window and all I wanted was to rest for few hours before my next flight.. I informed the reception and they obliged to change me to another room on 3rd floor.. Which was slightly better.. Bedding was same.. TV was flat screen.. AC took sometime to get accustomed to the remote and then the temperature.. But still okay.. The electrical points are all bizarrely located.. I don't know how they expected people to charge their phones with those points.. There was no cupboard or shelf or anything where one could keep his things.. And no phone to contact the reception.. FOUR I had informed them evening that I will check out at 7am and that the complimentary breakfast be arranged.. They had confirmed that breakfast timing is 7am to 10 am and it is provided by bellboy in the room.. After I wait till 7.40 I make a call from the nearby room to the reception (my room has no phone), they inform me breakfast is from 8.30 to 9.30..the most bizzare breakfast timing in the world. Frustrated I just left.. Interestingly nobody even bothered to check us when we were exiting the hotel.. Unfortunately we had already made payment.. Had we not, I don't think anybody in the reception was even aware that they would stop us.. Such bad experience..

One of the worst accommodations. The rooms are poorly maintained and dirty. The air conditioning is poor and faulty. The water in the bathrooms is so filthy and discolored. Nor a recommended place to stay.
