extremely careful. this is a notorious place in wadakancherry. the bar qnd security people have taken over this place and they will decide when you can go out and come in - After nine o clock in the night you cannot go out of this hotel. after that the security closes the door. even after the hotel management plead the security will not agree. they will not open the gates. the management says they are helpless. pls be extremely careful and cautious before booking room here. there will be a good crowd that will fight against you and you will loose your money and respect if you take room here. this is a goon's place.

Very poor service at the A/C bar dining table When I called the waiter to order food I was sitting at the bottom of the AC and sleeping without noticing anything..!!! The second time I called, I was told in sign language that someone else was coming ...As a customer I was not even willing to come close and ask what it was...

When we get the bill we ask waiter to get swaiping machine then he told machine is complaite then we ask google pay or other other app for payment he say no and he say very indisently without cash begger come to drink. After some talk he give his personal googlepay number then we paid it, but ill asking one question to you if i don't have insufficent money we we can't elligible for drink in your bar?

Beware it is no more tied up with oyo... I was denied check in because i booked through oyo at night 1.30am ( 15 nov 2019).. very bad of oyo for not unlisting it .... Beware friends

Denied check in @12 in the night! Asked for Rs 1500 for 8hrs! Injustice! Poor customer relation! Asked to sleep in the car..

8 rooms available here, there is a bar attached with this hotel. Not a good space for family

Good service and good rooms, and value for money Nice tasty food

At center of town. Launch services are good. Not recommended for families.
