OYO 43978 Nini Residency - Hotel in Coimbatore - Coimbatore, India

when i booked thourg oyo app it jus 550 when i reached to the hotel they said some story and asked for 2000 even though i paid and they said i have to cancel in oyo app I said ll do after my refreshment but they d't gave room keep after i did cancelation in oyo app then oly i got a key when i opend the room i got shocked full of empty liquor bottles i went to them and asked about this they said ll do cleaning by moring .i said i dnt want this room they denied to give my money back because of late night finally i accepted to stay there even there are lot of used candoms it left uncleaned .even there is no tv i paid for ac room when i asked to turn on ac they asked for extra 500.. The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty. Toilet was horrible. Ambience was very bad.This is hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with GF and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality...AC is broken and beds have bugs in it...gloomy ambience...it is a mess in the middle of a messy location..please friends for all your goodness im saying please dont go to this worst place..please not safe .i dnt have option to give zero start..please if you want to be safe please dont go here even its seems like they are doing something there for you privacy please dont go here

The worst experience ever I had in my life in aspects of location, convenience, availability of food, transportation and stores nearby. Nini Residency is the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. Room service is not there. Reception behaviour is bad. And the most important point is that amount which you will book at your app is not applicable at the time of check-in because they will ask extra amount if you have paid with discount in your app for a day or 2 days check in.

Very bad behavior and receptionist is not accept the reference of OYO. If the payment less than Rs1000 They said we never take the reference of OYO and OYO customer service also not ready support Customers, we forsed to pay more Rs1500 or above. Plz dont go this hotel throw OYO guys, very bad experience ever we faced and the location is also remoted area. Very danger location for stay!!!

Please don't come to this property. They will rob you're money and waste you're valuable time. If you come at night time you will be in dangerous situation. They will not going to answer you're call. If they answer you have to be prepared to hear their beautiful rude words. Dear oyo you have to choose pocket picking job instead of doing this decent cheating service.

Very inaccurate information. Kindly refrain from booking through Agoda,Oyo or any Online platforms. The property will charge you additional or will refrain from providing you rooms stating online prices are not applicable in their property. We were forced to pay additional fee for our allotted rooms.

Worst lodge I have ever met. The receptionist is very bad and he is worst than the rooms.even the manager also worst than him, its experienced like hell,No maintenance, cleanliness, no AC, bad beds ,worst restrooms . It's not worth for your money Worst worst worst ...

The hotel has some great rooms which have all the basic amenities. Hotel staff is welcoming and helped us getting a smooth check-in. Finding hotel was not at all a problem for me. I had a fun time during my stay.

Booked this property through Oyo and when we reached the property at the middle of the night, they denied checkin. The property is situated a few kilometres inside any main roads and we had already spent good money on cab to reach here. Once reaching here at around 1a.m, we were denied booking at the reception. The receptionist only answered through call and was not present. The call was also answered rude and he had cut the call abruptly saying call Oyo customer care and deal with them. We had called Oyo customer care and after several minutes of being on hold, they too didn't have any resolution. Instead, they suggested refund or gave us option to book another property which was another 5kms away. We didn't even get a cab for a long time on our way back and struggled so much for the night. Worst communication between Oyo and hotel managers with respect to booking of rooms. Rooms are often given to others who pay more without informing to Oyo. This happened after confirming twice with Oyo customer care about the room availability. Spent 1500Rs just for booking cabs to go to this place and again coming back and searching other rooms, all while losing sleep till 3.30 a.m. never trust Oyo residency operators, as they never update in Oyo about room availability and always say it got overbooked. even though if you book early, if someone shows up at the property and offers more money, the room will simply be given to them.
