Waste of money, rooms ok,but maintained very bad, service is not good
Don't by reviews and photos as they are big cheats .. There was no geyser in the bathroom how the hell to take cold bath in this season.. When complained they didn't change the room or bothered to provide hot water. Rooms are unclean and dirty including bathroom and customer service is zero. Overall Horrible experience and screwed my trip!
haven't seen such a disgusting hotel yet in my life. 1st: Counter person taken extra Rs361/- for per night/per room. 2nd: No properly cleaned room provided. 3rd : Bedshit Pillow cover was just like garbage. 4th: No hot water on 2nd day. 5th: No proper room service. 6th: No food delivery in room, even restaurant was closed. 7th: Reception Manager wad so rude and non co-operative. 8th: All the passages of 2nd floor was filled with used/removed mattresses and bedshits. 9th: Nothing was there which we can like or appreciate.
It's a budget hotel with appropriate charges. They offer complimentary breakfast after 845 am. Have a limited parking facility and is congested. Free Wi-Fi with very slow internet. They clean the rooms but are not heigynic. Good restaurants are available within 2-3 kms. So, a variety of facilities but not up to our expections. Don't go by the nice photos on the website.
As per deluxe room I was not satisfied with the room, it was stinking, AC not working, no cable network... But later in some time the manager helped me and changed my room, it was a OK room but better then the first. If u like dip Tea then it's fine because u have no other option, they don't allow from outside. Breakfast was also OK, it was an OK stay.
Nice place. Friendly staff . Any kid with age more than 5 years is treated as an adult. If you are booking through make my trip, then this will be cleverly hidden from you. That's not fair of the hotel though. Please be careful while booking through MMT.
Nice comfortable stay. But breakfast is not great it's okay. Room service is good. Location of hotel is good you can explore many nearby places Charminar, saler Jung, Hussain Sagar, birla temple.
Very disappointed to see the conditions of the rooms. Rooms were stinking really bad as if they never vacuumed the carpets. I smelled smoke everywhere. Carpets were messed up. Staffs were rude. They posted really nice pictures on the internet but in reality was a total disaster.
