OYO 42999 Indraprastha Hotel - Hotel in Raipur, Kumhari NP Part - Durg, India

My experience & feedback. This restaurant has recently been renovated and opened for public only 6 days before which the billing counter executive informed me this excuse doesn't give them leverage to offer poor customer service & food to the customer. 1) Service: only one word pathetic, least that I can expect. I was made to wait for 15 minutes to get the menu card & also got after several requests. I selected the food & ordered which the lady took my order & then after 5 minutes she comes back & informs me that tomato soup which I had ordered can't be served so I asked her to give me menu card so that I can change the order, but it was getting late as usual so I requested for menu card to other lady but surprisingly both the ladies never came again to give me menu card. Meanwhile in this whole drama of this restaurant it took well around 50-55 minutes to serve the food. And this also was served only when I went to billing counter (already executive was busy satisfying other customers who came up to enquire about this bad service) to enquire about the time it will take to serve the food which he was also not aware & kept on repeating we are newly opened & did not expected heavy rush & also staffs are very less, upon hearing this I was about to leave then he insisted & said "abhi karwata hoon". Than after 5 minutes food was served. Nobody came again to enquire whether we require anything or not. My Rating for Service will be big "0" 2) Food Quality: Veg fried rice quality was very poor. Rice used was not which is used generally in making fried rice and also like some "kankar powder" was there while eating. My Rating for Food wil be "1" 3) Price: Prices of the food is overcharged when compared to other restaurant's which are rated good when compared to this restaurant. 4) Feedback Register: I enquired for the register to give my feedback for which they informed me that they don't have it. Which I feel they also know that register will be filled by which type of feedback so it's better to not keep it. I have to ask to the responsible person of this restaurant, Is customer paying you to get this type of bad experience?? And also your people don't feel empathy to the customer for what they had offered?? (It felt by their attitude as if what had happened, what's a big deal in this). You are into the industry which is customer centric, value them.

Very bed hotel.. no food quality or quantity...high price ...Plz don't go. Very very bed I go any nearest dhaba .. 10 better food and good price

Gave raw veg pakora, charged 30 INR for 20 INR bottled water, room temperature not cold water. When wanted to complain to the manager the girl at the reception denied to give contact information of the manager or the owner. Told us that 30 rupees is what they charge.

It has good experience with hotel. Rooms are good , service was also good..location on spot , reaching point so easy to all customers , overall good safety check in and check out easy to handle and understand it takes few minutes to end procedure for allocated rooms, i suggest to for must go in

Visited the place for the anniversary celebration of a friend and had dinner with them. Staff behaviour, Service and food was good. The only thing I did not like was tandoori.That was very hard and not as expected.

Great food served bur very costly

I have gone to eat restaurant here, but the place is awful. The owner is truthfully thug. They are adding prices over the menu rate. I will surely go for further complaint of this restaurant. I also urge people to avoid going there.

Hotel is having renovation work in progress. This hotel doesn't accept online booking from any site but still goibibo site shows this hotel when you search for it for its location. After reaching hotel, they will deny check in. Great inconvenience is caused due this. very pathetic. It should be delisted from search site bcoz it causes harassment to travellers. At present this hotel doesn't have even geyser in rooms, mosquitoes will bite you all night.
