not professional at all. the room was dirty. the blankets were torn and there were no toiletries. when i went to give my exam, the staff entered the room in my absence and packed my stuff without my permission. this was highly unprofessional. never had such an experience before. never checking in here again for sure.
It's a very creepy looking place from outside, in fact we actually had second thoughts about staying here. But the rooms were neat and clean, washrooms are clean but they did not provide any toiletries to us. We had to even ask for towels. Food here is overly price but they do allow guests to order food from swiggy / zomato delivered to their room. Staff is all young decdnt guys. But at a point it seems like there were too many extra people who don't really work their. TV channels are very limited. Paint on the room walls was layering out and looked ugly and cringy AF. Bed is comfy and AC cooling is superb. No geyser tho.
Had issues with Oyo booking,. Cannot say who to blame. I had to pay cash even after paying through Oyo app... Rooms ok. There was no hot water. For 1 night stay. It's ok
Very poor, they behave like they doing a favour, they say directly that they won't give us room if booked by oyo. And also gave me third class room coz I booked from oyo and not from them

It's stinks all the time. Pillows and sheets are drenched with sweat smell, and no matter how much they change it doens't go away.

Worst hotel, photos given here are also from different property. Staff behaviour is not good. In my room there was no fan. A lot of moisture was there. Bed was wet. It was smelling like urine. I complained and asked for room change or at least mattress and bed sheet change. They did nothing. I complained to oyo. Oyo also did not do anything. After persuasion they provided a pedestal fan. Think twice before going in this hotel.
I liked the hotel but the hotel was a bit old, the infrastructure needed to be repaired. The facility was good, the food quality was good and I would recommend this to a friend looking for somewhere to stay in the area.
Not a good oyo hotel at all... Oyo is now degrading its service which is causing a bad or worst experience to customers... This hotel does not have setup box recharge any time when someone's check in... They just act that they are fixing it and says it will work after 2 -3 hours as they have done the recharge ... I am giving 3 stars to this hotel just because they have let me early checked in.. Otherwise I would have given them 0 stars. . Other thing was that Oyo does not have the hotel picture from outside.. As this hotel was a warehouse earlier ( as it seems to me) .. having a bid rolling shutter outside the hotel just like the warehouses... I forgot to clicked the photo.. Otherwise i would have posted it.
