It was very genuine deal in the given price. The best thing was location of Hotel.. The room was enough in size nd well decorated. Washroom fittings are bit old, nd need little renovation. Staff was very polite nd Service was decent.

pathetic experience, in fact had to check out in one day, though I had paid for two...having booked so called suite room in the hotel, I had expected to get the atleast best room in the hotel. but before I reach, they got some important guest arrived and allocated the suite room booked by me to them. then they simply adjusted me in some other room, saying that also a suit room. and the problem started from there on. 1. room was in very bad condition with dust and cockroaches freely roaming around. mosquitoes were all around to give you the company 2. room was not ready, though I checked in late in the evening. had to ask for water bottle and towel which were delivered to me after repeated reminders 3. my booking included fruit basket on arrival, which was never given to me though reminding several times 4. I had to remind them repeatedly that I am supposed to get a bottle of mineral water as complimentary, but they kept on charging me for the same. 5. shower in the room was not working and the tap was also broken 6. next day they simply shifted my luggage to another room and boys at reception were not aware of the same. had to wait for almost 15 minutes when they were locating, which room my luggage was shifted to. 7. finally when I decided to leave from that place, reception team took half an hour to prepare my bill. three persons tried to make the bill, but no-one was seems to be convenient with the billing system. happy didn't continued there though had booked and paid for two nights. will recommend everyone never ever to book this hotel ...

The Hotel is Pathetic,No cleanliness.I enter to hotel at 9.30 pm,confirm me room is ready.1st experience lift was not working.Guy carry bag up to 3rd floor.both side of wall there was a spit of gutka & paan on staircase.Reach to room there is a smell of Alcohol & Ashes of Cigarette. When open the Toilet door there is very bad smell its like public toilet. The guy who carry bag ask for Rs.50 as a tip.Room phone is not working.The tab of water and Comod are in bad condition.I think they have not clean from months. Ask to change the room,says only two rooms of big size and in other room peoples are sitting and drinking alcohol.not able to change. ask to clean the room.The another guy clean the room but not satisfactory and ask for Rs.100 for cleaning.Any complaint to reception guy he just say sorry sir next time will be good There are lot many challenges face in three days.what i come to know that they have got bar and they are giving rooms for drinking alcohol. I suggest please don't stay in this hotel.Horrible Experience.

It was a short stay but a pleasent one. Front office person was quick with the checkin and room was well prepared and ready. It was a little disappointing that the cable was not working the staff did change my room also in hope that it was an issue at their property but as it came out that it was the service provider. Overall satisfied

If you are booking this hotel get ready for ride of disgust! 1. Rooms are full of cockroaches crawling around. 2. Broken air conditioner will start spilling water in room. 3. Staff will deny any responsibility and still charge full tariff. 4. Ask for an empty water glass at around 11pm and they will tell you "Sir, glass abhi nahi ho paega, dhula hua nahi hai"! 5. Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic!

I got down in the city at 6 30 am and hotela check in time was set default as 12:00 pm . Hotel was bond to put extra charge for be4 time checkin but later after discussion ... customer care the problem was solved . I was allowed without paying any extra charge .. hotel was good but all were rooms were not maintained equally.. same range rooms were having some other missing facility.. menu for food kept in rooms shows less charge but when bill is provided the charges get raised which i found a bit problem for medium class people as 18% gst is applied on food apart from what they bill on items . ..according to the menu the food cost were found high otherwise food quality is fair.

We checked into a twin bed room at the hotel at noon. Soon we saw that there was lot of dust in the room, AC was not providing cooling, the lamp above wash basin was not working. We communicated the same to concerned person, and in the evening we were provided another room, which had none of the problems as indicated above. The presence of dust in the first room, even when there was no window facing any street / open area came as a shock to us. Also, the hotel could have easily checked which room the AC was working and given us the room in the first instance.

.nice satisfied experience,all arrangements in hotel are awesome,unique promote service,well organised hygiene room,with fresh towel and bedsheet. Bounquet during breakfast is having healthy,hygiene food variety. immense satisfaction while staying in hotel. staff is also so obedient,prompt and active
