I was in total 5 days 4nights ,I booked from oyo 1room of 3guests ,I checked in the room,the receptionist told no extra mattress will be provided..and this problem is already informed to oyo . So as I had to stay for more 2 days I booked agai. The room with 2 guests because always only for extra mattress it's been charged ,I informed oyo I got the assistance little later but I got ..the receptionist came he said no mam my manager told I can't allow you have to make 3 guest while booking..I showed them ok no problem with that but provide me the extra mattress..he said no! we can't do that even ! Wow! What a customer service.. This issue was stretched about 1.5 hrs but later by Oyo Mr,Sumit Jha it was solved and really thanks to him. For this reason from that day no swipper came though for cleaning and towel changing I had to call repeatedly to come n do . And the best part is No Drinking water is provided from the hotel n not aquaguard too..with 35 rs each day 3 bottles v have to buy ,no tollities were provided ,the bathroom road was broken . Later we had a discussion to the hotel desk hope it gets resolved soon . Rooms were big that's a really good thing but these are mandory things you should provide please resolve it .
Value for money. You will have the basic amenities to spend nights as the night haults are essentially business/work related. Only draw back is the place does not have restaurant - so no food no drinks (includes tea also). You can only buy mineral water bottles from them.
Very big room. Only problem is food and place. No good hotel around and location is far from railway station.

Position wise nyc. Lovely staff. Everything looked after by staff. Most important they respond to you.
